Franco worked closely with Cella’s leadership and sales team to understand the product, the sales process and the common challenges faced by manufacturers managing warehouse operations. Through collaborative working sessions, we identified where Cella’s technology delivers the most value and built a messaging framework around those insights.
This approach ensured the website, sales materials and supporting content all reinforced a consistent narrative and could scale alongside Cella’s growing go-to-market efforts.
Website Strategy and Redesign
Franco led the messaging and content strategy for the redesign of cella-tech.com, partnering with Codified on the technical build. Our work included:
- Developing updated messaging for the home page and product pages.
- Writing supporting content, including case studies and blog posts.
- Collaborating on a revised sitemap and wireframes to better align the site with the customer journey.
The result was a modern website that clearly communicates how Cella helps manufacturers improve visibility, efficiency and operations on the warehouse floor.
