La capsula Informativa: Franco Launches Three AI Enablement Offerings for Marketers & Communicators

The AI landscape has fundamentally changed how brands show up, how content performs and how communicators operate. At Franco, we’re not just watching this shift. We’re solving for it.

Today, we’re announcing three new AI service offerings designed to help marketing and communications teams navigate visibility challenges, optimize marketing workflows and build AI-ready systems.

When generative AI started gaining traction, it wasn’t enough to just understand what the tools could do. We needed to figure out where they actually fit for us and for our clients. Not in theory. In real work.

We started where we often do, with an investment in learning. Lexi Trimpe, who leads our digital practice (and is a self-proclaimed tech nerd), completed a Trust Insights comprehensive AI training program. With a strong technical foundation and framework, that training enabled us to launch an agency AI taskforce.

Throughout the past year, we created and executed a strategic action plan to carry out intentional AI adoption throughout the agency, enabling us to support our greater goals and ultimately stronger client programs.

We dug into use cases across teams, pressure-tested what made sense inside programs already in motion and documented what teams need before scaling any AI integration. We tested various LLMs and invested in the ones (and other AI tools) where we found the most value for our work. This gave us a clear view of the challenges marketing and communications teams are facing and inspired us to use our learnings to develop tailored services to solve them.

First, visibility is changing. AI has changed how people search and how platforms present information. As a result, brands are seeing website traffic from search declining even when content quality hasn’t changed. The disconnect isn’t your strategy. It’s adapting to changing audience behaviors and identifying the new opportunities they’ve created.

Second, as AI is being introduced, workflows are breaking. Content creation and review and approval processes are becoming bottlenecks. Teams are either avoiding AI tools entirely or implementing them chaotically. The result is slower output, inconsistent brand voice and strategy that gets diluted between planning and execution.

Visibility and workflow are connected. When your systems are slow or inconsistent, your message gets diluted. When your brand shows up poorly in AI-generated summaries, it hurts performance. Both problems start with structure.

Our three new AI service offerings are designed to help marketing and comms teams build structure. We identify what’s broken and make it easier to produce work that reflects the strategy behind it. This includes:

SEO/AIO Audit

We analyze how your brand appears in both traditional search and AI-generated results. We identify gaps between your intended narrative and what AI models are actually surfacing, then provide a prioritized roadmap to close those gaps. You’ll understand precisely why visibility has shifted and what content, technical and structural changes will restore and improve performance.

AI Readiness Workshop

We work with your team to audit current marketing/comms workflows, identify where AI fits and establish clear guidelines for how to use it. We help you determine where AI genuinely improves your work, where it doesn’t and how to implement it without sacrificing quality, brand consistency or team buy-in. You’ll leave with a practical plan tailored to how your team operates.

Ongoing AI Consulting

We provide embedded support as your marketing and/or comms team adopts AI. We offer guidance, troubleshoot implementation challenges, train team members on responsible AI use and ensure your AI initiatives stay connected to business goals. This isn’t just tech consulting. It’s making sure AI integration improves outcomes without creating new problems.

While many agencies rush to offer AI services they don’t understand, we spent more than a year doing the opposite.

We invested in formal technical training to understand how these systems work, not just how to use them. We built an internal taskforce that tested applications across real programs and documented successes and failures. We developed quality standards and governance frameworks before launching our offerings.

That foundation matters because AI implementation without expertise wastes budget, dilutes brand voice and creates more problems than it solves. We’re not experimenting on your programs. We’re bringing proven expertise and vetted processes built specifically for communicators and marketers.

If you’re facing declining search visibility, slowing content output, AI use with no strategy and/or broken processes and want to figure out what to improve first, we can help.
