Every new year brings with it a fresh mix of opportunities and challenges. We view both as moments to grow. In 2025, we began the year by celebrating promotions across the agency, and we’re thrilled to continue that momentum as we move into 2026. 

At Franco, promotions don’t happen on a fixed schedule. They aren’t limited to the beginning of the year or tied solely to bi-annual reviews. Instead, our team members earn promotions when they’ve demonstrated they are already successfully operating at the next level. When that happens, we know they’re ready to fully step into the role. 

We place a strong emphasis on individual growth – encouraging people to carve their own paths toward roles where they feel motivated, inspired and challenged, while also ensuring those roles align with the needs of our clients and the agency. That’s why it’s common at Franco for two people to hold the same title but have very different responsibilities and growth journeys. Our approach allows people to grow into positions where they can do their best work, contribute meaningfully and continue building a career that evolves with them.
